The Town of Ulster Democratic Committee is the local foundation of the Democratic party. A big part of our role is to foster engagement with Democratic party members in the Town of Ulster. We identify candidates to run at the county and local levels and support the Ulster County Democratic Committee as well as state and federal candidates.

The Town of Ulster has 14 election districts. Each election district (ED) has two representatives elected to our town's democratic committee. ​

Committee meetings are open to the public. You are welcome to attend monthly meetings to learn about issues impacting our town, meet your committee representatives, hear from candidates, voice your concerns, and much more.
